Dr. Okeke Chizara is the Lead physician at Crystal Fertility Clinic Lagos, which is a private fertility center located in the heart of Lagos, providing a wide range of assisted reproductive services across the globe.

She graduated from the College of Medicine, the University of Lagos in 2005, after which she joined the foremost and pioneer IVF center, Medical ART CENTRE, working closely with Prof Oladapo Ashiru, who was one of the founding fathers of first test tube baby achieved in Nigeria in 1986. She went on to obtain a postgraduate specialty degree on Reproductive medicine and IVF from University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
She has over 12 years’ experience in the field of assisted reproductive technology and an expert in Assisted reproduction and Infertility treatment. Her strength and interest is in the management of women with repeated IVF failure. She received training in IVF at the University of New South Wales Sydney, Medical ART CENTER, as well as BOSTON USA.

Dr. Okeke has authored and published a few scientific publications in both local and international journals. She is a member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Association of Fertility and Reproductive Health Nigeria, Ethics committee member AFRH and Associate member of Royal college of Gynecology UK.

Dr Okeke is married with kids.

He is a consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist trained in Nigeria and abroad. He had his first degree at the prestigious College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 2004.

He began his professional career as a medical officer with the Lagos Island Maternity Hospital (LIMH) in 2007.

He later proceeded for his Postgraduate training in the faculty of Obstetrics/ Gynaecology, National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, department of Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, (LUTH), Nigeria where he obtained a fellowship in Obstetrics/Gynaecology in 2013.

He went further for a Masters training in Reproductive Medicine and IVF at IBC medical services in Dubai, UAE in 2019. He also attended several trainings and courses in India on assisted reproductive techniques.  Additionally, Dr Olusanjo has had a training on minimal access surgery in Birmingham women’s Hospital, United Kingdom in  2014

Dr Olusanjo has over a decade experience in surrogacy program delivering over a hundred babies here in Lagos. He is passionate about women’s health and helping individuals, couples achieving their dream of parenthood.

Rose Ogbeche is a Senior Clinical Embryologist with over 16 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) across Africa. ESHRE-certified, she has led high-performing IVF laboratories, consistently improving clinical outcomes while implementing world-class quality systems.

She has held leadership roles at leading fertility centers including Medical ART Centre and Bridge Clinic, where she oversaw multi-site laboratory operations, advanced PGT and embryo transfer protocols, and established training programs for embryologists.

As Director of Siltamed, she partners with fertility clinics across Africa to optimize lab systems, strengthen operations, and drive sustainable growth. Her expertise spans IVF laboratory management, accreditation, clinical audits, personnel development, and performance-based quality frameworks.

Rose is a member of ASRM, CFAS, ESHRE, and AFRH, and currently serves as Secretary General of AFRH, contributing to policy development and the advancement of reproductive healthcare standards in Nigeria.

Blessing is a Registered Nurse, currently advancing her professional training with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in view. She is passionate about guiding individuals and couples through every step of their fertility journey, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and cared for at every stage. In her role, she coordinate clinical services and oversee patient care, helping you navigate procedures such as IVF, IUI, and other fertility treatments.

She also provide education on reproductive wellness and work closely with our clinical team to ensure your experience is smooth, organized, and comfortable. She goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel confident, understood, and empowered throughout your journey toward parenthood.

Lukman is a finance professional with over four years of progressive experience. He currently serves as the Head of Accounts and Administration at Crystal Fertility Clinics, where he oversees financial management, administrative operations, and internal control systems.

He began his academic journey at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, earning a National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Accounting in 2015. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Ojo, in 2019. In further pursuit of academic excellence, he completed a Master’s degree in Finance at the University of Lagos in 2024. Lukman is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Lagos and is progressing toward becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Lukman has previously worked in different sectors ranging from Educational sector, financial sector and currently in the health sector as the Head of Account and Administration at Crystal Fertility Clinic. Lukman is passionate about driving operational excellence, strengthening financial performance and building sustainable value within dynamic organizations.

Medinat is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc) from Bayero University Kano (BUK). Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and currently advancing toward Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), she upholds the highest standards of clinical safety and professional excellence.

With specialized interest in women’s health and reproductive care, she plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey from consultation and cycle monitoring to patient education and treatment support. Her midwifery background strengthens her expertise in maternal health, holistic assessment, and compassionate clinical care.

At Crystal Fertility Clinics, Medinat is known for her skills in patient-centered practice, combining evidence-based nursing with empathy, discretion, and clear communication.
